The supply of SAW welded pipes for this critical highway infrastructure project presented unique engineering challenges that our team successfully overcame. The monsoon climate conditions required special attention to corrosion protection, leading us to implement an enhanced 3-layer polyethylene coating system. Our production team worked in close coordination with the highway contractor to ensure all pipes met the stringent MS 1462 standards while accommodating the project's accelerated timeline. The most complex aspect involved fabricating custom transition pieces for the 24" diameter pipes to connect with existing drainage systems.

Our participation in this nationally significant infrastructure project has demonstrated our capability to deliver complex welded pipe solutions under challenging conditions.
