Manufacturing Process

Plate Preparation: Cutting and edge preparation of steel plates.

Forming: Roll-forming or press-bending into cylindrical shape using UOE or spiral weld methods.

Welding: Longitudinal or spiral seam welding via Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) for deep penetration and high strength.

Sizing & Straightening: Calibration for roundness, straightness, and dimensional consistency.

End Finishing: Beveling or squaring for ease of driving and splicing.

Testing & Inspection: Non-destructive testing including ultrasonic (UT), radiographic (RT), and visual inspection; hydrostatic testing as required.
