Electric Fusion Welded (EFW) steel pipes are manufactured using advanced electric fusion welding techniques, ensuring high structural integrity and superior weld quality. These pipes are designed for demanding applications where strength, durability, and leak-proof performance are critical.

Low-Temperature Steel: ASTM A333 Gr. 1/Gr. 6

Manufacturing Process

Coil Preparation: Uncoiling and leveling of steel strips.

Forming: Roll-forming into a cylindrical shape.

Welding: High-frequency induction welding (HFW) or contact welding.

Sizing & Straightening: Precise calibration for roundness and straightness.

Testing & Inspection: Hydrostatic, ultrasonic (UT), eddy current (ET), or X-ray testing.
