LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) pipes are high-strength, large-diameter steel pipes widely used in critical infrastructure projects. They are manufactured through three primary forming methods:

UOE Process: Cold-formed using U-ing, O-ing, and Expansion for superior dimensional accuracy.

RBE Process: Roll-Bending and Expansion for cost-effective production.

JCOE Process: J-shape, C-shape, O-ing, and Expansion for customized wall thickness and diameters.

These pipes are ideal for high-pressure transmission and structural applications due to their excellent weld integrity and mechanical properties.
