Manufacturing Process

1. Coil Preparation:

4. Sizing & Straightening: 

Mechanical expansion to ensure dimensional accuracy and roundness, followed by straightening to meet strict tolerances.

5. Heat Treatment: 

Normalizing, quenching, or tempering as required to enhance mechanical properties (strength, toughness) for specific grades.

6. Testing & Inspection: 

Comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT) including hydrostatic pressure testing, ultrasonic (UT) weld inspection, radiographic (RT) testing, and magnetic particle inspection (MPI).

7. Finishing: 

Cutting to standard or custom lengths, with end beveling for easy on-site welding.
