On August 18, 2015, the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Resolution No. 101, imposing anti-dumping duty on seamless steel pipes for oil and natural gas exploration originating in China, with the tax rate of 12.23-31.00%. Meanwhile, it has reached a price commitment with some Chinese enterprises, and no anti-dumping duty will be imposed on enterprises with price commitment agreements. On May 13, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission issued the Announcement No. 2020 / 213 / ad16r1 on its official website, which decided to launch the first sunset review investigation on China's products involved in the case.
